For a new product line, one of our customers needed a spill-proof solution. One of our customers in the Canadian North realized at the end of the day that he forgot to place his order when he fell completely short of bottle caps.<\/span> Panicked, he called us so we could send him crates urgently to be able to continue his production.<\/span> It was unfortunately too late for mail companies to pick up for delivery the next morning.<\/span> Refusing to admit defeat, we came into direct contact with the air carrier serving the mail in his area.<\/span> They agreed to deliver our boxes, but we had to deliver them to the airport as soon as possible.<\/span> Not willing to back down, a member of our team loaded the maximum amount of cash she could get into her car and went to the airport herself.<\/span> The caps were delivered on time so that our customer did not have to stop production while waiting for his next order.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nA dairy company was preparing to launch a new line for children. They wanted to stand out from her competitors with a spill-proof cap. When we received the call, we had just introduced a new sports cap to our product line. We were convinced that he was the perfect choice for them. The cap was easy to open and remained attached to the cap. The beak did not spill but it was easy to drink. We presented them samples in vibrant colors and they were very impressed. The cap had a feature they had not even imagined: it was fun! Indeed during the discussions, the members of our team and our customers began to open and close the cap to keep their hands busy. \nSometimes “big” is not “big enough”. This is the challenge we faced when one of our customers wanted to introduce new water bottle formats to the market. He was looking to sell 8 liters and 10 liters in the refrigerator and not on a distributor.
